Does your organisation make a difference where it counts? Good strategic planning clarifies your impact, links everyday activities with their higher purpose and creates a framework for monitoring progress. It’s also a good way to prioritise, especially when resources are limited. This webinar will explore how to develop a strategic plan, how to develop a business plan, how to check your impact and how to prioritise when resources are limited. Case studies on strategic planning in action, in the not-for-profit sector, will be explored.
This webinar is for people working on projects and programs as well as leadership roles in the not-for-profit sector. It’s for people who are too busy to think about strategy and for people who need to persuade their manager that strategic planning is important. At the end of the webinar, you will receive a copy of the slides for your reference.
