Community Legal Centres Queensland invites community legal centre directors, lawyers, social workers, project managers, community legal education workers in the legal assistance and community sectors to come along to this stand out professional development opportunity.
At this masterclass you will learn how to:
- share knowledge, skills and tools to strengthen your community legal education practice
- enhance your ability to communicate key legal messages to your audience
- build networks and partnerships with other people doing similar work.
A copy of the program can be found here.
If you can't make it along to the training but are keen to catch up with your colleagues who work in the communtiy legal educators space then join us for a drink at The Apo Bar, 690 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. We will be meeting there at 5.30pm on Tuesday 6 March, 2018.
The Community Legal Centres Queensland 2018 Annual Conference is taking place 8 to 9 March 2018, which are the two days after the Masterclass. The Conference is a fantastic opportunity for community legal sector staff to network with other people in the field, broaden and strengthen their skills and enhance and develop their knowledge. Why not stay on for a few extra days and attend this event as well?
Don't forget to register for the Community Legal Centres Queensland 2018 Conference Dinner which is taking place Thursday 8 March, 2018. Always well attended and enjoyed, this year the Dinner will feature a Trivia Competition and some fantastic food. This year, the dinner is being held at The Cellar Bar, Pig 'n' Whistle, 444 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley - walking distance from the conference venue!
Note that tickets cannot be shared between staff members. If multiple staff members wish to attend the event, they will each require their own ticket.
For clarity, a two-day ticket can only be used by one person. If two staff members wish to attend on separate days, then each person should purchase a ONE-DAY ticket.
If you are unable to attend the Masterclass on the day you purchased for, please email email@example.com by 2 March 2018 to change the name on the ticket. Only the person whose name is on the ticket will be able to attend the event.
Registrations are now closed.
