We also provide legal advice, representation and non-legal advocacy for people with their Enduring Power of Attorney or Advance Health Directive matters (ADA Law only acts for the person who made the document (principal) and not the attorney(s) named on the document).
We can only assist an adult who is the principal of an enduring document or subject to a guardianship or administration application or QCAT Order.
We cannot assist decision makers such as Attorneys, Guardians or Administrators, family members.
