The Annual General Meeting of Community Legal Centres Queensland Inc. will be held at 1.00pm Thursday 25 October at the Holiday Inn, Cairns.
The Community Legal Centres Queensland Constitution provides that Committee members are elected for a period of two years (Rule 19 refers to the Membership of the Management Committee). As all committee members were elected in 2018 or were subsequently appointed to fill casual vacancies will complete their term in 2020, there will be no positions declared vacant at this AGM. There are no calls for nominations to the committee at this AGM.
The Annual Report and the Audited Financial Report will be tabled at the meeting, with an electronic version available after the meeting.
Members attending the AGM and other meetings on Thursday 24 to Friday 25 October 2019 (both days) may apply for a travel subsidy. Up to $300 can be provided to each member organisation. The subsidy will not cover all costs involved but may provide some support to CLCs sending staff to attend the meetings. Please download a subsidy application form here.
