Come along to have a conversation with Dr Ruth Knight from QUT’s Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies (ACPNS) and Cassandra Levin a psychologist and Certified Dare to LeadTM facilitator from QUT about what research by Brené Brown says about leading bravely when you are feeling vulnerable and uncertain.
Brown’s insights are relevant for all senior leaders, staff, boards and volunteers who are making strategic decisions in this time of change and uncertainty.
A bit about Cassandra Levin
I am a registered psychologist and my area of practice is organisational psychology – the scientific study of behaviour in the workplace. Also a Certified Leadership Coach, I work with leaders to address people and organisational problems, fostering engaged, empowered and connected people to deliver strategic outcomes. I have worked across many industries as an external consultant and for nearly the past 10 years, I have worked internally within organisations, primarily in the transportation sector. I joined the QUT HR Performance, Leadership & Capability team in May 2018 and have the pleasure of working with leaders across our Uni – coaching, advising and facilitating capability and culture programs. My passion is people and I get to work with people every day.
