Exploring global innovations in the delivery of legal services

Professor Renee Newman Knake is the Joanne and Larry Doherty Chair in Legal Ethics & Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center. Renee is currently in Australia as the Fulbright Distinguished Chair in Entrepreneurship & Innovation 2019 at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.

This is a rare opportunity to hear from an international scholar who has been at the cutting edge of new, applied research into legal innovation. Professor Renee Knake will draw on her international experience and research in an around-the-globe tour of innovation in the delivery of legal services which will help you better understand what works, what doesn’t, and what we need next.

Efficiency and profitability can (and should) align with access to justice. Advances in technology and regulation are key drivers for meaningful change. You will walk away from this event with tangible steps that can be implemented to advance your organisation in providing the legal help that the world needs now, from the street corner to the corner office.
