The Suncoast Community Legal Service provides general legal assistance in the form of face to face consultations, information, referrals, and assistance in filling out forms.

Suncoast Community Legal Service Inc provides quality legal advice, information and education to the Sunshine Coast community. Free Legal Advice and Referral is provided through appointment with volunteer and employed lawyers. Appointments are available on a regular basis at Maroochydore, Caloundra, Landsborough, Noosa, Pomona, Maleny and Nambour.

Suncoast Community Legal Service Inc hosts a Social Work Student Hub which takes referrals from its legal and tenancy service in situations where it is identified that clients have issues broader than their legal issues. These referrals are addressed by supervised social work students. Suncoast Community Legal Service Inc also holds an Elder Abuse Clinic (with referrals from Elder Abuse Prevention and Support Service) which is accessible by appointment 9.30am to 3pm on Thursdays.

Suncoast Community Legal Service is also a Regional Service Provider for the North Coast Region with the Queensland Statewide Tenant Advice and Referral Service (QSTARS).

Suncoast Community Legal Service does not provide advice in relation to commercial matters or property conveyances.

This centre cannot assist landlords, employee organisations or business owners.
