Accessing the NDIS Agency in Qld - Information to help your clients

Community, health and education workers are invited to attend a free webinar about meeting the access requirements for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Queensland.

This webinar is for community, health and education workers with a basic understanding of the NDIS. The webinar will be delivered by Loretta Kreet, senior civil lawyer, in our Civil Justice Services team at Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) and will cover:

  • brief overview of NDIS in Queensland
  • NDIS access requirements to be aware of including availability, age and location
  • meeting the disability requirements
  • getting help from Legal Aid Queensland.

We encourage you to submit general questions for our presenters ahead of the webinar in the registration form.

The webinar will be recorded, captioned and published on LAQ's Legal information webinars for community workers playlist on YouTube. The handout will be emailed after the webinar date to everyone who registers.
