In this webinar, governance consultant Michelle Cutler (former Chief Operating Officer at CLCs Australia) will breakdown the key elements of governing for impact, including what it means in practice, identifying key questions that Boards and Management Committees should be asking, and an outline of some impact models being deployed by for-purpose organisations.
