Dan* was dismissed from his job as a chef and couldn’t manage his debts on his Centrelink benefit.
He commenced a claim in the Federal Court against his former employer and needed advice on the settlement offer he had received. Pro bono lawyers from Piper Alderman at LawRight’s Federal Court Self Representation Service advised Dan and he was able to discontinue court proceedings.
