Reporting to and working collaboratively with the CEO with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion, the Operations and HR Officer implements daily operations and HR obligations and drives long term organisational capability aligned with Gold Coast Community Legal Centre’s vision and strategies across all of the Centre’s programs.

The Operations and HR Officer will support the transformation of the organisation to ensure that the short, medium and long-term goals of the Strategic Plan , strategic initiatives and operational matters are met and to ensure smooth running of the Centre.

As an Operations and HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. You will be a natural organiser, driven to support our team and enhance our operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone looking for a varied role with a “can do” attitude.

This role is rewarding in working part of a team aiming to achieve the Strategic Goals of the Centre, being providing access to justice for the Gold Coasts most vulnerable and disadvantaged people.

This position is for 6 months, ending no later than 30 June 2025 due to funding. However, has the possibility of extension depending on funding commitments beyond 30 June 2025. This position is for 3-days per week (22.5 hours per week)
