Are you passionate about working with young people to help them make positive change? We’re looking for an experienced Case Manager with some training or experience in Alcohol and Drug intervention, to provide individualised support to young people to make positive changes to their drug and alcohol use.

This role requires someone with lots of drive and initiative who can think on their feet. This is an outreach-based role, working in community and meeting young people where they’re at.

As a Case Manager in the Shift program, you’ll be part of a small program that operates in partnership with the Mater Clarence Street alcohol and other drugs service, and it forms part of our larger suite of programs supporting young people in Logan and Redlands.

You’ll get to apply your knowledge of supporting at risk young people aged 12 – 25 and provide intensive case management to address their goals around substance use and additional vulnerabilities. The role involves a lot of practical support to help young people to address their needs around mental health, education, housing and legal issues. You will connect with other services to help young people achieve great outcomes.
