2023 CLCQ State Conference – Registration closes May 19
Time is running out to secure your registration for the 2023 Community Legal Centres Queensland State Conference. Registrations close on Friday, 19 May.
This year’s conference is taking place in Meanjin/Brisbane on 31 May and 1 June at the Hotel Grand Chancellor.
With the theme, Connect, Respect, Reflect, the 2023 State Conference will explore a range of topics including the importance of integrated practice, climate change resilience, women as respondents and misidentification, governance and more.
The program is available and speakers include:
- Dr Shireen Morris – Director of the Radical Centre Reform Lab
- Kirsty Davis – CEO of the Cape York Institute for Policy, Leadership and Innovation
- Sheryl Batchelor – Founder and Director of Yiliyapinya Indigenous Corporation
- Dr Catherine Hastings – Research Fellow at Macquarie University
- Dr Hugh McDonald – Principal Resarcher at Victorian Law Foundation
- Fiona Reynolds – communications expert at Tri Comm Consulting
