Helping People with Disability Respond to NDIS Funding Decisions

Participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) represent a new cohort of clients for Community Legal Centre lawyers: people with disability who have a legally enforceable right to funded supports.

This webinar will outline the relevant law and rules, common issues, and what practitioners can do to assist clients with NDIS processes, including their review rights and AAT processes, as well as tips and tricks for filling evidentiary gaps.
